The Transcarpathian Regional Centre for Hydrometeorology of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (DSNS) is purchasing fuel: 140 litres of A-95 petrol and 500 litres of diesel, supplied using trust documents (vouchers). VAT is applied at a zero rate, as under Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 178 of 02.03.2022, supplies of goods for refuelling vehicles of security and defence sector bodies, including DSNS, financed from the state budget, are taxed at 0% VAT until martial law ends. Purchases will be made exclusively by prior order according to the buyer's current needs and within available funding.
