Для забезпечення потреби та безперебійної діяльності КП "Місто Сервіс Ананьївської міської ради" під час виконання завдань за призначенням Замовник здійснює Закупівлю відповідно до норм постанови КМУ від 12.10.2022 № 1178 (зі змінами). Зберігання товару здійснюється за місцем розташування АЗС Постачальника. Відпуск товару (заправка автотранспорту КП "Місто Сервіс Ананьївської міської ради") повинен здійснюватися за потребою Замовника на автозаправних станціях (АЗС) Постачальника, які знаходиться в межах м. Ананьїва, Одеської обл. (АЗС, що знаходять за межами міста Ананьєва не пропонувати), цілодобово, включаючи суботу, неділю, святкові та неробочі дні за потребою Замовника. Оплата Покупцем Продавцеві вартості товару проводиться за фактично поставлений товар, відповідно рахунку та видатковій накладній Продавця, за цінами, вказаними у специфікації (Додаток 1 до Договору), на поточний рахунок Продавця, протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) робочих днів з дати підписання уповноваженими представниками Сторін відповідних видаткових накладних.
