Постачальник через електронний каталог подає пропозицію відповідно до вимог, установлених замовником у запиті пропозицій постачальників в електронній системі закупівель. У пропозиції ціна подається без урахування податку на додану вартість. Умови поставки, в тому числі місце поставки - згідно проєкту договору про закупівлю
