Вимоги до талонів: термін дії талонів - не менше 12 місяців, номіналом 10 л та 20 л. У разі необхідності (обмін талонів старого зразку на талони нового зразку, закінчення терміну дії талонів, дефекти талонів тощо) Учасник/Постачальник забезпечує протягом п'яти робочих днів безкоштовний обмін талонів рівнозначного номіналу без врахування коливання ціни, як протягом дії Договору так і впродовж терміну дії талонів. АЗС повинні бути в межах м.Кривий Ріг, Дніпропетровської області. Згідно Постанови КМУ від 2 березня 2022р. № 178 «Деякі питання обкладення податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою у період воєнного стану», забезпечення транспорту Збройних Сил, Національної гвардії, Служби безпеки, Служби зовнішньої розвідки, Державної прикордонної служби, Міністерства внутрішніх справ, Державної служби з надзвичайних ситуацій, Управління державної охорони, Державної служби спеціального зв’язку та захисту інформації, інших утворених відповідно до законів військових формувань, їх з’єднань, військових частин, підрозділів, установ або організацій, що утримуються за рахунок коштів державного бюджету, для потреб забезпечення оборони України, захисту безпеки населення та інтересів держави обкладаються податком на додану вартість за нульовою ставкою
