The buyer is procuring diesel fuel (Euro 5) supplied via fuel coupons. Quality must comply with DSTU 7688:2015 'Diesel fuel Euro. Technical conditions'. The goods must not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran. Fuel must be available around the clock at the bidder's own or leased petrol stations, or partner stations, with at least one station within 15 km of the customer's location. Supply is by batches on the buyer's order, using coupons of 10 and 20 litres valid for at least 6 months, extendable or replaceable if expired.
