Постачальник забезпечує: розгалужену мережу АЗС (власних та/або орендованих, та/або партнерських), що здійснюють відпуск Товару по талонам на всій території України (окрім тимчасово окупованих територій), наявність АЗС у більшості обласних центрах України, також наявність АЗС, одна (або більше) на території м. Знам’янка Кіровоградської області. Перелік та місце знаходження АЗС вказується Постачальником у Додатку №2, який є невід’ємною частиною Договору. Дана вимога Замовника обумовлена виробничою необхідністю забезпечення безперебійного проведення навчально-тренувального процесу та реалізації календарного плану спортивно-масових заходів, що відбуваються у різних регіонах України. Вона є обов’язковою для Замовника у зв’язку з регулярними виїздами автотранспорту по території України для виконання статутних завдань закладу Замовника. Термін дії талонів: 12 місяців від дати їх отримання, з можливістю продовження їх дії у разі закінчення терміну використання. Країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація / Республіка Білорусь / Ісламська Республіка Іран.
