Summary
Machine-generated summaryThe contract concerns the supply of diesel fuel meeting the Euro 5 standard, issued through fuel coupons. Fuel must be dispensed at a filling station located within the city of Turka, where fuelling by means of the coupons provided by the supplier is guaranteed. If the supplier is not the owner of the filling station, for example where stations are leased, used or operated jointly, the supplier must list the partner stations at which fuelling with the supplier's coupons is guaranteed. The customer's vehicles are refuelled locally in Turka using the coupon system.
