The buyer, located in the Skvyra urban territorial community in Ukraine, is procuring diesel fuel Euro 5 in coupon form, valid for at least 6 months and redeemable throughout the year. Fuel must be available through the seller's network of filling stations within 5 km of the buyer. Coupons of 10 and 20 litre denominations must cover the full ordered quantity and be valid across Ukraine. Fuel must be dispensed into vehicle tanks and other containers, including weekends and holidays. Payment is due within 15 working days of the delivery note.
