Konzeptionierung, Planung, Aufbau und Inbetriebnahme eines gasbefeuerten Versuchsofens zur Glasschmelze für wissenschaftlich-technische Forschungsarbeiten im GlasLAB Torgau Der Landkreis Nordsachsen beabsichtigt, im Zuge der Errichtung, Strukturierung und des Betriebes eines wissenschaftlich-technischen Forschungs- und Ausbildungszentrums der Glasindustrie eine Abteilung zur Glaserforschung (GlasLAB) zu entwickeln und zu betreiben. Gemeinsam mit der Technischen Universität Bergakademie Freiberg (TUBAF) sollen künftige Facharbeiter und Glasspezialisten geschult und ausgebildet, vor allem aber wissenschaftlich-technische Untersuchungen vielfältiger Art und Zielrichtung vorgenommen werden. Kernstück des GlasLAB soll der Aufbau und Betrieb eines multivalent nutzbaren Schmelzaggregates sein, das auf der Basis bzw. des Konzepts eines Hafenofens errichtet wird. Mit diesem Aggregat sollen die globalen Herausforderungen mittels wissenschaftlich-technischer und technologischer Untersuchungen adressiert sowie ein starker Beitrag zur Lösung der Umwelt- und Energiekrise im Zusammenhang mit der Transformation der Industrie geleistet werden. Die Fertigstellung des Glaskompetenzzentrums GlasLAB Torgau ist für das 4. Quartal 2027 anvisiert. Leistungsbeginn (entspricht dem Beginn der Konzeptionierungsphase): unmittelbar im Anschluss an die Zuschlagserteilung. Leistungsende: spätestens Mitte des 4. Quartals 2027. Der Baustart der Ofenanlage und der erforderlichen Nebenanlagen steht in Abhängigkeit des Baufortschritts der Gebäudehülle. Dies erfordert von Seiten des zukünftigen Auftragnehmers eine gewisse zeitliche Flexibilität.
