Description

Die Ahrtal Marketing GmbH (nachfolgend kurz AMG) ist eine Tochtergesellschaft der Stadt Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler. Durch Beschluss vom 09.05.2022 hat der Stadtrat der Stadt Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler die Marketing GmbH beauftragt, den Wiederaufbau des Kurparks nach der Flutkatastrophe von Juli 2021 zu steuern. Die Projekte rund um den Kurpark Bad Neuenahr - bestehend aus der Kurparkrandbebauung inkl. Stadtbibliothek und Touristen-Information, der Kurparkterrasse inkl. Heilwasserausstellung und dem Kurpark werden mit folgenden Systemen ausgestattet: 1. Kassen- und Kontrollsystem 2. Warenwirtschaftssystem 3. Zutrittskontrollsystem Die Systeme arbeiten bauteil- und zonenübergreifend. Die einzelnen Bereiche sind über ein bauseitiges LWL- und Cat- Netzwerk und Daten-Switch"e vernetzt. Die Stromversorung für die erforderlichen Komponenten erfolgt bauseits zu den in der technischen Beschreibung benannten Punkten. Im Bereich Eventticketing, Gästegarten (Kurkarten) und Bibliothek arbeitet der Endkunde mit externen Anbietern zusammen. Diese Systeme sind in die Kassen-, Kontroll- und Warenwirtschaftssysteme und das Zutrittskontrollsystem zu integrieren. Durch den Bieter ist ein Pflichtenheft zu erstellen, welches mit dem Nutzer abzustimmen ist und die Anforderungen das Nutzers berücksichtigt. Weiterhin sind alle Schnittstellen und Leistungen zur Integration der externen Systeme zu integrieren. Basierend auf dem Pflichtenheft ist die Leistung umzusetzen. Hinsichtlich der Einzelheiten wird auf die beigefügte Leistungsbeschreibung Bezug genommen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibungen Beinhaltete Maßnahmen innerhalb des Kurparkareals Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler: Maßnahmenpaket "A": - Neubau Kurparkrandbebauung Maßnahmenpaket "B": - 13100700-AkI-0078 Kurparkterrassen-Café-Restaurant mit Wandelgang Maßnahmenpaket "C": - 13100007-AkI-0190 Kurpark Maßnahmenpaket "D" - "Heilwasser-Ausstellung" im Erd- und Untergeschoss der Kurparkterrasse Maßnahmenpaket "E" Hinsichtlich der Einzelheiten wird auf die beigefügte Leistungsbeschreibung Bezug genommen. Leistungszeit: Beauftragung: Anfang Januar 2027 Montageplanung: ca. 6 Wochen ab Beauftragung Ausführungszeitraum für alle Projekte: Q2 und Q3, 2027. Diese Termine werden in den Verhandlungsgesprächen mit den Bietern konkretisiert. Das Vorhaben wird aus öffentlichen Mitteln gefördert. Die Einhaltung der Fördervoraussetzungen ist zu jeder Zeit zu gewährleisten.
