Description

Die Sprinkenhof GmbH errichtet im Auftrag der Sozialbehörde eine spezialisierte Einrichtung mit rd. 2.825 m² BGF für Kinder mit besonderem pädagogischen und psychiatrischen Betreuungsbedarf. Es entsteht ein sichelförmig gebogener 2,5 geschossiger Gebäudekomplex in Mischbauweise aus Stahlbeton, Mauerwerk und vorgehängter Holz-Außenwandfassade. In diesem sind Räumlichkeiten für drei Wohngruppen, Unterrichts-, Büro-, Sozial- und Therapieräume untergebracht. Im teilunterkellerten Untergeschoss befinden sich der Bewegungsraum und der Technikbereich. Das 4.746 m² große Grundstück wird so gestaltet, dass der natürliche Charme des Areals bewahrt bleibt. Ein zentraler Innenhof dient als Begegnungsort. Im südl. Teil des Grundstückes ist Platz für Spiel- und Freizeitflächen. Auf einem der Dächer wird eine Erlebnisfläche entstehen. Passend zur Nachbarbebauung wird die Casa Luna ein sehr grüner, erholsamer Ort sein, der den Kindern Platz zur Entfaltung und Heilung bietet.
