Description

Die bestehende Schule wurde im Jahr 1930 errichtet und stellt einen historischen Gebäudebestand dar. Der geplante 2-geschossige Anbau entsteht auf dem westlichen, oberen Schulhofgelände. Ziel der Baumaßnahme ist die Erweiterung der vorhandenen Schulflächen zur Schaffung zusätzlicher Unterrichts- und Betreuungsräume. Der Neubau wird über einen Verbindungsgang mit dem Bestandsgebäude verbunden. Zur Verbesserung der Barrierefreiheit wird zusätzlich eine Aufzugsanlage in massiver Bauweise in den Gebäudebestand integriert. Art und Umfang der Leistung: Werkplanung inkl. Statik 1 St BSH Sparren inkl. verzimmern 67 m3 Holzrahmenwand - Außen 784 m2 Holzrahmenwand - Innen 1.800 m2 BSH Decke 746 m2 Notabdichtung 750 m2 Stahlbauteile, Träger und Stützen 17 St Pfosten u. Riegel Fassade, Aluminium 66 m2 Fenster u. Türen, Aluminium 156 m2 Textiler Sonnenschutz 145 m2
