Dachabdichtung und Klempnerarbeiten Bei dieser Vergabe handelt es sich um eine produktbezogene Ausschreibung im Titel 3.3.5 Die PV-Unterkonstruktion ist Bestandteil eines herstellerspezifischen Gründach-Aufbaukonzeptes. Das System von Optigrün stellt sicher, dass die mechanische und funktionale Integration zwischen Lastabtrag in die Dachkonstruktion, Entwässerungsebenen und Wurzelschutz, Substrataufbau und Durchdringungsfreiheit gewährleistet ist. Andere Produkte weisen abweichende Systemhöhen, Auflastkonzepte und Komponenten auf, die zu Funktionsstörungen der Dachbegrünung oder der PV-Anlage führen können. Art und Umfang der Leistung: - ca. 240m² Rückbau und Entsorgung bestehender Pultdächer - ca. 240m² Sanierung und Stehfalzdeckung bestehender Pultdächer - ca. 200m² Stehfalzeindeckung neue Pultdächer - ca. 1050m² Flachdachabdichtung, Bitumen, einschl. Dämmung und Attikaarbeiten - ca. 800m² Flachdachbegrünung, extensiv - 14 Dachoberlichter, davon 4 mit Rauchableitung
