Description

Die Stadt Winterberg beabsichtigt, das bestehende Geschwister-Scholl- Gymnasium zu erweitern, um die Schullandschaft an die Anforderungen moderner Pädagogik anzupassen (Stichwort: Cluster-Schule) und räumliche Engpässe zu beheben. Dieser Erweiterungsbau soll zwischen Schulgebäude und Sporthalle errichtet werden. Eine finale Fertigstellung ist für etwa Mitte 2028 geplant. Aufgrund der Umstellung des Schulbetriebs von G8 auf G9 erhöht sich der Raumbedarf an diesem Standort jedoch bereits ab dem Schuljahr 2026/27 um einen Jahrgang. Um zeitliche Friktionen gering zu halten soll zur Sicherstellung des erforderlichen Raumbedarfs kurzfristig eine Erweiterung an dem Standort durch einen Holzmodulbau geschaffen werden. Dieser kann im Falle der mittelfristig geplanten umfassenden Sanierung des Bestandes nach Fertigstellung des Neubaus auch als Ausweichquartier und nach Abschluss der Gesamtsanierung für schulische oder außerschulische Zwecke genutzt werden. Aus diesem Grunde wurde entschieden, statt einfacher Metallcontainer eine technische und gestalterisch hochwertige, dauerhafte Lösung anzustreben. Tischlerarbeiten
