Description

Der Leistungsgegenstand beinhaltet die Übernahme der bereits bestehende Tracking-Konzepte und die bestehende Trackingcode-Implementierung auf Basis von Adobe Analytics sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung. Hinzu kommt die Beratung der AOK-Gemeinschaft bei Bedarf zu strategischen Trackingthemen, indem auf strategische und fachliche Fragestellungen geantwortet wird, oder initiativ durch Erkennung von möglichem Potential bei den Auswertungen, neue Trackingmethoden vorgestellt werden. Die Leistung gliedert sich in einen vertraglichen sowie einen rahmenvertraglichen Teil. Der vertragliche Teil beinhaltet die Leistungen des Abonnements gem. Ziff. 5.1 der Leistungsbeschreibung. Der rahmenvertragliche Teil beinhaltet weitere Leistungen auf Abruf gem. Ziff. 5.2 der Leistungsbeschreibung.
