"ENTWICKLUNG EINER EMPLOYER BRANDING STRATEGIE ARBEITGEBERMARKE) SOWIE EINER ENTSPRECHENDEN ONTENT-STRATEGIE / ÜBERPRÜFUNG DER RECRUITINGSTRATEGIE BZGL. STELLENPORTALE" Die Komm.ONE möchte als attraktiver Arbeitgeber sichtbarer werden - sowohl in Baden-Württemberg als auch langfristig bundesweit. Die Corporate Identity (CI) und die Corporate Design (CD) wurden bereits erneuert. Nun soll daraus eine starke Arbeitgebermarke für den externen Auftritt entstehen. Dafür sucht der Auftraggeber einen externen Partner (Auftragnehmer), der mit uns gemeinsam die Arbeitgebermarker "Komm.ONE" ausformuliert, eine kanalübergreifenden Content-Strategie entwickelt und uns auch in der operativen Umsetzung begleitet. Ziel ist es, uns im Wettbewerb deutlich abzugrenzen und unsere Reichweite bei relevanten Zielgruppen zu erhöhen. Damit soll die Qualität der eingehenden Bewerbungen verbessert werden und schneller ausgeschrieben Positionen besetzt werden. Eine größere Anzahl an Bewerbungen ist wünschenswert, solange Qualität der Bewerbungen passend ist.
