Die Stadt Fellbach macht bekannt, dass der bestehende Vertrag über die Nutzung öffentlicher Verkehrswege für die Verlegung und den Betrieb von Leitungen, die zum Wasserverteilnetz der allgemeinen Versorgung (Wasserkonzessionsvertrag) gehören, für das gesamte Stadtgebiet mit Ablauf des 31. Dezembers 2027 endet. Die Vergabe der Wasserkonzession erfolgt im Rahmen eines transparenten und dis-kriminierungsfreien Verfahrens. Diese Aufforderung zur Interessenbekundung ist kein formelles Vergabeverfahren. Es wird deshalb ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen und klargestellt, dass insbesondere die europäischen Richtlinien 2014/24 /EU, 2014/23/EU, 2014/25/EU, das GWB, die VgV, die KonzVgV, die SektVO, die VOB/A und die UVgO, ganz gleich in welcher Fassung, keine Anwendung finden. Die Daten über die technische und wirtschaftliche Situation des örtlichen Netzes, die zur Bewertung des Netzes im Rahmen der Bewerbung um den Abschluss eines neuen Wasserkonzessionsvertrages erforderlich sind, können bei der Stadt Fellbach unter der oben genannten Anschrift angefordert werden. Vor Herausgabe der Daten ist eine seitens der Stadt vorgegebene Vertraulichkeitsvereinbarung zu unterzeichnen. Interessensbekundung
