wärme- und kältetechnische Anlagen 70-00231-2530-410 * Termine zur Durchführung der Hauptleistung auf der Baustelle: Leistungsbeginn 07.11.2026; Leistungsende 28.09.2027 * Einzeltermine: Zentralen und Steigtrassen 25.11.26 bis 17.08.27 Rohmontagen Geschosse 25.11.26 bis 11.05.27 Fertiginstallation 05.02.27 bis 17.06.27 Inbetriebnahme, Einregulierung, Mängelbeseitigung 21.07.27 bis 31.08.27 * Beschreibung der Beschaffung: Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Errichtung der wärme- und kältetechnischen Einrichtungen für ein fünfgeschossiges Institutsgebäude inkl. UG. Die wärme- und kältetechnischen Anlagen umfassen ab dem Fernwärmeanschluss sowie dem Geothermieanschluss das Heizungs- und Kälte-Verteilnetz einschließlich sämtlicher Standard-Einbauten (Heiz-Kühl-Decken, Konvektoren, Heizwände, RLT-Anschlüsse etc.). Das System beinhaltet eine Sole-Wasser-Wärmepumpe zum Heizen und Kühlen. Die ermittelte Heizlast beträgt ca. 125 kW, die Kühllast ca. 115 kW. Wesentliche Systemkomponenten sind wie folgt: - Wärme/Kälte: 1 St. Sole-Wasser-Wärmepumpe - Wärme/Kälte: Geothermie Anschluss - Wärme/Kälte: 279 St. aktive Heiz-Kühl-Segel - Wärme/Kälte: 277 St. inaktive Heiz-Kühl-Segel - Wärme: 1 St. Fernwärme Anschluss - Wärme: 1 St. Schichtenspeicher - Wärme: 1 St. Wärmetauscher - Wärme: 1 St. RLT-Anschluss - Wärme: 7 St. Heizwand - Wärme: 18 St. Bodenkonvektor - Kälte: 8 St. Klima-Split Geräte (Inneneinheiten) - Kälte: 1 St. Schichtenspeicher - Kälte: 1 St. Wärmetauscher
