Sanitärtechnische Anlagen 70-00231-2530-409 * Termine zur Durchführung der Hauptleistung auf der Baustelle: Leistungsbeginn 17.10.2026; Leistungsende 28.09.2027 * Einzeltermine: Rohmontagen Geschosse in GK-Wänden / Vorsatzschalen 23.10.26 bis 14.01.27 Fertiginstallation 05.02.26 bis 10.06.27 Inbetriebnahme, Einregulierung, Mängelbeseitigung 04.08.27 bis 28.09.27 * Beschreibung der Beschaffung: Die Ausschreibung umfasst die Errichtung der sanitären Einrichtungen für ein fünfgeschossiges Institutsgebäude inkl. UG. Die santiärtechnischen Anlagen umfassen ab der Hausanbindung das Trinkwasser-Verteil- und Abwasser-Sammelnetz einschließlich sämtlicher Standard-Einbauten (WT, WC, dez. Durchlauferhitzer, Hebeanlage, etc.). Die anfallende Regenmenge wird bauseits über extensive Dachbegrünung rückgehalten und gedrosselt (Gesamtfläche max. 3,6 l/s) über 2 innenliegende Falllstränge entwässert. Der ermittelte Spitzenvolumenstrom Vs in der Hausanschlussleitung beträgt ca. 1,47 Liter je Sekunde, Hausanschluss Abwasser Q 11,5 l/s (∑DU 35,5). Wesentliche Verbrauchseinrichtungen sind wie folgt: - 6 St. Sanitärkerne D+H (Waschtische, WCs, Urinale, Ausgussbecken) - 1 St. Sanitärkern barrierefrei - 6 St. Teeküchenanschlüsse - 2 St. Außenzapfstellen - 1 St. Waschtische Smart Farming - 1 St. Ausgussbecken in Technikzentrale und Nutzungsbereich - 2 St. Gartenwasser-Trennstationen Kat. 5 - 1 St. Schmutzwasser-Hebeanlage Die Warmwasserbereitung erfolgt grundsätzlich dezentral über el. Durchlauferhitzer.
