Description

Erneuerung der vorhandenen U-Bahn-Fahrzeugwaschanlage inklusive kompletter Anlagentechnik, Wasseraufbereitungssystem, Steuerung, Signalanlagen, Demontage Altanlage und Inbetriebnahme der neuen Anlage am Standort Britz-Süd. Die neue Anlage muss alle Fahrzeugtypen des Berliner Großprofils automatisch reinigen können. Lieferung, Montage und Funktionsprüfung gemäß den technischen, baulichen und betrieblichen Vorgaben der BVG. Lieferung und vollständige betriebsfertige Montage einer 10-Bürsten-Portalwaschanlage bestehend aus 2 Tandemportalen, automatischer Fahrzeugerkennung mittels RFID, Steuerungs- und Bedienterminals, Ferndiagnoseeinheit, Wasseraufbereitungstechnik (inkl. 3.000-Liter-Vorlagetank, Turbo-Oxidation, Filterstufen), sowie aller erforderlichen Infrastrukturmaßnahmen (z. B. Kabeltrassen, Signalanlagen, Erdung). Inkl. Demontage und Entsorgung der Altanlage, Reinigung bestehender Leitungen, Schulung des Personals, und Dokumentation. Keine Losbildung. Optionen: ggf. Gutschrift für Schrottwert Altanlage.
