Description

Die Stadtwerke Iserlohn GmbH („Auftraggeber“ oder auch „Vergabestelle“) schreibt eine Rahmenvereinbarung über Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Montagearbeiten für die Straßenbeleuchtung“ im Netzgebiet des Auftraggebers aus. Die Rahmenvereinba-rungen haben eine Laufzeit von 24 Monaten, mit einer Verlängerungsoption über 24 Monate. Der Auftraggeber wird den Auftragnehmer über die Rahmenvereinbarung mit Einzelmaßnahmen beauftragen. Ein Anspruch des Auftragnehmers auf Exklusivität besteht dabei nicht. Der Auftraggeber wird die Leistungen im Netzgebiet des Auftraggebers erbringen. Dies umfasst neben dem Stadtgebiet Iserlohn die Gemeinde Nachrodt-Wiblingwerde und das Gebiet Ostsümmern auf Mendener Stadtgebiet.
