Description

Das IT-Dienstleistungszentrum des Saarlandes (IT-DLZ) beabsichtigt einen Auftrag zur Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der WLAN-Infrastruktur der saarländischen Landesverwaltung zu vergeben. Gegenstand der Vergabe ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags zur Übernahme von Wartung und Support für ca. 500 bestehende WLAN-Access Points sowie die Weiterentwicklung des Netzwerks durch Lieferung und Installation von neuen WLAN-Access Points. Der Rahmenvertrag beinhaltet die Bereitstellung eines Internetzugangs über die WLAN-Access-Points, die Implementierung eines gemeinsamen Netzwerk-Monitoring-Dashboards für die Access-Points der unterschiedlichen Hersteller sowie die Wartung, den Service und den Support der bestehenden sowie der neugelieferten Geräte. Der Rahmenvertrag umfasst auch umfassende Serviceleistungen, darunter die Bereitstellung eines deutschsprachigen Supports per Ticketsystem und Hotline, die Störungsbehebung in definierten Reaktions- und Entstörungszeiten, ein 24/7-Monitoring sowie die Abwicklung von Garantie- und Reparaturfällen einschließlich zentraler Firmware-Updates.
