Description

Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die fachgerechte Wärmedämmung aller Heizungsrohrleitungen im Gebäude einschließlich der zugehörigen Armaturen, Formstücke, Befestigungen und Einbauteile. Die Arbeiten erstrecken sich auf zwei Technikzentralen sowie das gesamte Rohrleitungsnetz innerhalb des Gebäudes. Die Dämmung der Rohrleitungen erfolgt entsprechend den jeweiligen technischen und energetischen Anforderungen überwiegend mit Mineralwolle- und Elastomerschaumdämmstoffen (Kautschuk). Für Teilbereiche mit besonderen Anforderungen ist die Ausführung mit Schaumglas/Formglas vorgesehen. In den Technikzentralen sind sämtliche gedämmten Rohrleitungen zusätzlich mit einer hochwertigen Blechummantelung als mechanischer Schutz und zur Gewährleistung einer dauerhaft ordnungsgemäßen Ausführung zu versehen. Die Ausführung hat nach den anerkannten Regeln der Technik, den geltenden DIN-Normen, der Gebäudeenergiegesetzgebung (GEG) sowie den Herstellerangaben der eingesetzten Dämmstoffe zu erfolgen. Insgesamt sind im Zuge der Maßnahme rund 700 m Rohrleitungen unterschiedlicher Dimensionen und Anwendungsbereiche zu dämmen.
