Description

Die Gemeinde Veitshöchheim ist Schulaufwandsträger und Bauherr der Eichendorff-Grund-/ Mittelschule und plant die Erweiterung um ein Hortgebäude zur Mittagsbetreuung und Angebot an einer Ganztagesbetreuung auf dem Schulcampus. Bei dem Neubau handelt es sich um ein teilunterkellertes 4-geschossiges Gebäude (Ebene -3 bis Ebene 0). Die unterste Ebene, in Stahlbeton errichtet, schiebt sich aufgrund der Geländesituation mit den Technikflächen in den Hang und stellt kein Vollgeschoss dar. Die unterste Ebene beherbergt die Mensa mit Küche, sowie Lager und Technikräume. Der Zugang erfolgt stufenlos über den Vorplatz. In den drei oberirdischen Geschossen, die in Holzbauweise errichtet werden, befinden sich alle notwendigen Räume wie Differenzierungs-/ Bewegungsräume, Gruppenräume des Ganztages/ der Mittagsbetreuung, aber auch sämtliche notwendigen Personalräume sowie Sanitäranlagen. Zementestrich unbeheizt, schwimmend 275m² Zementestrich beheizt, schwimmend 2.000m²
