Das Grundstück ist über die naheliegende A70 bzw. die A73 ab Autobahnkreuz Bamberg gut erreichbar. Das Gebäude ist als viergeschossiger Baukörper ohne Unterkellerung in einer Holz-Hybridbauweise inkl. vorgesetztem Stahlbau geplant. Maximale Gebäudeabmessungen: - max. Gebäudehöhe 16.30m ü. FFB EG (±0.00 = 247,80 ü. NHN) - Gebäudeausdehnung: 41,65m x 26,65m - BGF ca. 3.650m² Die Leistung des AN beinhaltet: ca. 420 m Dämmung an Trinkwasserrohrleitungen ca. 1300 m Dämmung an Heizungsrohrleitungen ca. 570 m Dämmung an Kaltwasserrohrleitungen ca. 175 m² Lüftungskanal gerade ca. 80 m² Lüftungskanal Formstück
