Der Neubau verfügt über eine eigenständige Wärme- und Kälteversorgung. Die Wärme- und Kälteversorgung des Neubaus erfolgt im Regelbetrieb autark und unabhängig von den versorgungstechnischen Anlagen des Bestandsgebäudes. Zwischen Neubau und Bestandsgebäude wird zusätzlich eine Verbund- bzw. Redundanzanbindung hergestellt. Diese dient der Aufrechterhaltung der Versorgungssicherheit sowie der gegenseitigen Unterstützung im Störungs-, Wartungs- oder Ausfallfall. Die Ausführung der Anschlussarbeiten hat unter besonderer Berücksichtigung des laufenden Krankenhausbetriebes sowie in enger Abstimmung mit dem Auftraggeber, dem Betreiber und der Fachplanung zu erfolgen. Der Neubau verfügt über eine eigenständige Wärme- und Kälteversorgung.
