Description

Gegenstand und Ziel der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags zur Beschaffung von Druck- und Multifunktionssystemen zur zeitlich begrenzten Überlassung (Miete) und dazugehörige Dienstleistungen zur Lieferung, Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme sowie zur weiteren Versorgung mit Verbrauchsmaterialien aus einer Hand, mit einer festen Laufzeit von 60 Monaten. Die Mindestabnahmemenge der Grundgeräte beträgt 180. Die Vertragslaufzeit setzt sich insoweit aus den drei Phasen zusammen: - Phase 1 - Rollout von maximal 2 Monaten - Phase 2 - Reguläre Nutzungsperiode von 60 Monaten exklusive Überhang Rollout / Rollback - Phase 3 - Rollback von maximal 2 Monaten Die DGUV nutzt an Ihren 13 für den Service relevanten Standorten derzeit fast 200 Drucker und Multifunktions-geräte, aus derzeit sechs Leistungs- und Funktionsklassen, sowohl für den Druck schwarzweißer als auch farbiger Dokumente. Die derzeit eingesetzten Geräte lassen sich in unterschiedliche Leistungsklassen einteilen, die jeweils einen spezifischen Bedarf abdecken. Die bestehenden Leistungsklassen werden im Rahmen der vorliegenden Ausschreibung neu strukturiert, um die Vielfalt der eingesetzten Geräte weiter zu optimieren.
