Description

Geothermiebohrungen Für den Standort der Karl-Brauckmann-Schule in Holzwickede soll ein Teil der Heizwärmeversorung durch zwei Sole-Wasser-Wärmepumpen mit Erdwärmesonden erstellt werden. Als Wärmequelle sollen Erdwärmesonden zur Nutzung von mitteltiefer Geothermie eingebaut werden. Es ist eine Sondenlänge von jeweils ca. 240 m vorgesehen. Die Wärmepumpenanlage verfügt über eine Nenn-Heizleistung von ca. 261 kW. Für die Wärmequellenseite werden auf dem Schulhofgelände nach derzeitigem Planungsstand ca. 15 Bohrungen mit einer Teuftiefe von ca. 240 m vorgesehen. Die Auslegung der Wärmesonden ist durch den Auftragnehmer im Rahmen seiner Werk- und Montageplanung vor der Ausführung zu überprüfen. Zusätzlich ist nach der ersten Bohrung ein Thermal-Respose-Test durchzuführen. In Abhängigkeit der Messergebnisse zur Entzugsleistung des Erdreiches kann sich die Anzahl der notwendigen Bohrungen noch ändern (ca. +- 30%). Die max. zulässige und sinnvolle Bohrtiefe ist in Abhängigkeit von den Aufschlüssen der ersten Bohrung und in Abstimmung mit dem zuständigen Genehmigungsbehörde abschließend festzulegen. Insgesamt existieren 2 Bohrfelder, die nacheinander nach dem Abschluss des vorherigen Feldes aufgemacht werden.
