Germany - Utilities - Framework agreement for the manufacture and supply of ready-to-operate district heating house connection station modules

HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH, acting on behalf and for the account of HOWOGE Wärme GmbH, has awarded a framework agreement for the manufacture and supply of district heating station modules. The contract covers the production of prescribed district heating station modules and their delivery to the heating centre. HOWOGE Wärme GmbH, a subsidiary of HOWOGE Wohnungsbaugesellschaft mbH, plans the renovation and construction of district heating house connection stations in 2026 and 2027, both in the existing stock and in new building projects. The buyer is bound by three identical framework agreements and plans to renew or newly build around 13 house connection stations in 2026 and around 24 in 2027.
