Gegenstand der Bekanntmachung ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages mit einzelnen Leistungserbringern nach § 127 Absatz 1 Sozialgesetzbuch [SGB] - Fünftes Buch [V] über die Hilfsmittellieferung (Gesundheitsleistungen) von Apparaten zur Kompressionstherapie der Produktuntergruppe 17.99.01 einschließlich Zubehör auf Basis eines Neukauf- / Wiedereinsatzverfahren, jeweils einschließlich aller damit im Zusammenhang stehenden Dienst- und Serviceleistungen. Hierzu zählen insbesondere Beratung (einschließlich Durchführung und Dokumentation der Erprobung), Wartung/ sicherheitstechnische Kontrollen, Reparatur, Haus- / Krankenhaus-/Pflegeheimbesuch, Lieferung und Einweisung der / des Versicherten in die sachgerechte Handhabung. Bei Wiedereinsätzen zählen auch Abholung, Lagerung, Reinigung (einschl. Desinfektion), Reparatur / Instandsetzung (einschl. Materialkosten) und sämtliche Leistungen, die im Zusammenhang mit einer Geräteprüfung zu erbringen sind, sowie die Wiederauslieferung gebrauchsfähiger Hilfsmittel zu den Dienst- und Serviceleistungen. Der Vertragsschluss begründet keinen Anspruch auf eine bestimmte Anzahl von Versorgungen.
