Das Leibniz-Institut für Bildungsverläufe (LIfBi) beabsichtigt in seiner Funktion als zentrale Beschaffungsstelle nach § 120 Abs. 4 GWB den Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags über die bedarfsgerechte Anmietung von Mietfahrzeugen in verschiedenen Fahrzeugkategorien einschließlich zugehöriger Serviceleistungen für Dienstfahrten der Beschäftigten der abrufberechtigten Einrichtungen ohne Fahrpersonal national (innerhalb Deutschland | Los1) und international (EWS, Schweiz und Vereinigtes Königreich - außer Deutschland | Los2). Die Wertung der Angebote erfolgt durch Anwendung der im Preisblatt einge-tragenen Preise auf den angegebenen fiktiven Bedarf.
