Personnel and materials are to be carried between Emden or Borkum, depending on the buyer's call-off, and the wind farm. Flying to multiple locations, including across neighbouring wind farms, may be needed depending on task planning. For planned missions notified by 7 pm the previous day, the contractor must guarantee helicopter availability; for unplanned fault-clearance missions the helicopter must be ready for departure within an announcement time still to be agreed. Offers are expected with per-flight-minute prices excluding fuel for various minimum quantities defined in a matrix, with prices possibly varying by weekday and fuel consumption to be stated. The helicopter must meet the lot requirements in average wind conditions.
