Lieferung und Montage von stationären und mobilen Geschwindigkeitsmessanlagen des Typs Vitronic/Poliscan FM1 zum Ratenkauf über 5 Jahre mit monatlicher Rate Die Stadt Kirchhain plant die Anschaffung von stationären Geschwindigkeitsmessanlagen (3 Säulen für jeweils 2 Fahrtrichtungen) mit digitaler und non-invasiver Laser-Messtechnik (LiDAR) der neuesten und aktuellen Geräte- und Softwaretechnik (2 Geräte) des Typs Vitronic / Poliscan FM1. Die Geräte sollen auch flexibel im mobilen Einsatz genutzt werden - das gesamte erforderliche mobile Equipment ist daher mit anzubieten. Diese Messtechnik soll durch eine variable Messtrecke und flexiblem Fotopunkt sicherstellen, dass Verdeckungen minimiert und Umfahrungen von Messstellen vermieden werden. Die Leistung umfasst die Lieferung der vorgenannten Messanlagen nebst Zubehör einschließlich folgender Leistungen und inklusive der Übernahme der dazu notwendigen Kosten: • Projektkoordinierung. • Alle anfallenden Montage- und Inbetriebnahme-Leistungen. • Die Bereitstellung der stationären Messanlage in betriebsbereitem Zustand (sabotagesichere Ausführung), einschließlich der erforderlichen Eichungen. • Einweisung in die Anlagen und Übergabe an den Auftraggeber. Weiterhin ist die Lieferung eines Adapters für Fahrzeuge sowie Service und Wartung für 5 Jahre anzubieten. Beabsichtigt ist ein Ratenkauf über 5 Jahre mit monatlicher Rate.
