Description

Die Stadt Monheim am Rhein ist eine mittlere kreisangehörige Stadt im Kreis Mettmann mit ca. 43.000 Einwohnern. Sie plant die Einrichtung einer vierzügigen Kindertagesstätte im Bestand der Hofstelle Kirberger Hof in Monheim Baumberg. Der heutige Hofplatz ist bereits in Kartenwerken des 18. Jahrhunderts verzeichnet und in der Denkmalliste der Stadt Monheim eingetragen. Die siedlungsgeschichtliche Entwicklung des Ortsteils Baumberg wurde maßgeblich von fünf Hofanlagen geprägt, wobei der Kirberger Hof die älteste, bedeutendste und heute einzig erhaltene Anlage darstellt. Gegenstand dieses Ausschreibungsverfahrens sind Innentüren- und Verglasungsarbeiten gemäß Leistungsverzeichnis. Die Arbeiten erfolgen im Rahmen des Umbaus und Teilneubaus der Kindertagesstätte und sind in ein denkmalgeschütztes Bestandsgebäude zu integrieren.
