Die ausgeschriebenen Arbeiten beinhalten die -Holz-Fensterelemente, Holz-Fenster-Türelemente in 3-fach Verglasung - versch. Abmessungen, ca. 260 qm -Brandschutzverglasung 2,32 m x 2,15 m, 2 Stck. -Alu-Fensterbänke 230 mm, ca. 91 m -Insektenschutz 1,95 m x 1,45 m, 1 Stck. Projekt: Erweiterungsneubau der Zeppelin- Realschule Singen gegenüber dem bestehenden Schulgebäude. Die Maßnahme wird gefördert aus dem "Kommunalen Sanierungsfond für die Sanierung von Schulgebäude" und aus dem "Startchancenprogramm" des Landes. Erweiterungsbau: dreigeschossiges, nichtunterkellertes Holzbaugebäude mit Massivkern. Umlaufende Flucht- und Wartungsbalkone aus Gitterrosten mit vorgehängten Netzgeweben, die partiell begünt werden. In dem Erweiterungsgebäude untergebracht werden - Mensa (Speisesaal, Ausgabe- und Spülküche) - Unterrichtsräume Technik mit dazugehörendem Maschinenraum - MINT-Räume (Biologie, Chemie und Physik) - 4 Klassenräume - Flure und erforderliche Neben- und Technikräume - Lüftungsanlage Flachdach als sogenanntes Retentionsdach und aufgeständerten PV-Anlage, Medienerschließung über das bestehende Schulgebäude.
