Description

Das Städtische Klinikum Lüneburg (SKL) ist ein Krankenhaus der Schwerpunktversorgung. Es versorgt einen zunehmend großen Teil der Bevölkerung im nordöstlichen Niedersachsen und beschäftigt über 1.500 Mitarbeiter. Als akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus des Universitäts-klinikums Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) ist es mit derzeit 527 Planbetten im Krankenhausbedarfsplan des Landes Niedersachsen ausgewiesen. Das Klinikum verfügt über ein breites medizinisches Leistungsspektrum. Das Städtische Klinikum Lüneburg plant am Standort Lüneburg ein Eltern-Kind-Zentrum als eigenständigen Erweiterungsbaustein der Kinder- und Jugendmedizin sowie der Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe. Als solches beherbergt es die Entbindungsstation mit sieben Kreißsälen. Weiterhin bildet es, als Bestandteil einer umfassenden Zielplanung - nach Fertigstellung - die Grundlage für weitere zukünftige Erneuerungen am SKL: einen Funktionsbau, unter anderem mit umfangreichem Behandlungs- und Operationsbereich. Nachfolgend aufgeführte Einzelmaßnahmen sind Bestandteil dieser Ausschreibung: Maurerarbeiten DIN 18330 Abdichtungsarbeiten DIN 18336 ca. 2.245 m2 Verblendmauerwerk VMZ DF, wilder Verband, Schalenabstand ca. 19 cm, Verfugung durch Glattstrich, inkl. Sperrschichten und Verankerung ca. 280 m Grenadierschicht als oberer Abschluss ca. 575 St. Mauerwerksabfangung Winkelkonsolanker ca. 380 m Fertigteil- Läufersturz ca. 2.100 m2 Dämmung Steinwolle, WLG 035, d: 160 mm, A1, kaschiert ca. 480 m2 Sockeldämmung
