Description

Durchführung einer prozessorientierten Organisationsuntersuchung bei der Stadtverwaltung Rastatt Die Stadt Rastatt beabsichtigt die Durchführung einer prozessorientierten Organisationsuntersuchung zu vergeben. Die Organisationsuntersuchung soll in folgenden Phasen erfolgen: - 12-monatige Aufbauphase in der die Grundlagen erarbeitet werden. Darunter fallen der Projektauftakt, die Konzeption sowie die Befähigung der Organisation. Während der Aufbauphase sollen bereits 20 Prozesse untersucht und optimiert werden. - Darauf folgt eine vier jährige Ausbauphase um Prozesse zu dokumentieren, analysieren und optimieren. In diesen vier Jahren sollen je 40 Prozesse (insgesamt also 160 Prozesse) untersucht werden. Nach Abschluss der Organisationsuntersuchung soll dann auch das Prozessmanagement als Werkzeug bei der Stadt Rastatt dauerhaft implementiert sein.
