Prozessbegleitung und Vergabemanagement Leistungsgegenstand ist die Prozessbegleitung bei der Umsetzung des Projekts im Förderprogramm Nationale Projekte des Städtebaus (NPS) und die fachliche Begleitung mehrerer Vergabeverfahren. Diese beinhaltet die organisatorische Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung der verschiedenen Maßnahmen sowohl im konzeptionellen wie auch später im baulichen Bereich des Transformationsprozesses. Leistungsumfang: - Prozessbegleitung und Koordination der Prozessbeteiligten - Qualitätsmanagement und Evaluation - Vergabemanagement: Vorbereitung der Vergaben, Wahl der Vergabeart, Terminplanung, Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen. Vorbereitung der Vergabeunterlagen, Definition von Eignungs- und Zuschlagskriterien, Erstellung des Bekanntmachungstextes, Abwicklung der Bieterkommunikation, Prüfung und Auswertung der Teilnahmeanträge und Angebote, Zuschlagserteilung, Führen der Vergabedokumentation, Erstellung der Vergabeakte usw.
