Beschaffungsgegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist die Durchführung einer umfassenden Organisationsanalyse im Vorstandsressort der Präsidentin der VBL. Ziel der hier ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist eine konzeptionelle Ausarbeitung für eine optimierte Aufbauorganisation im Vorstandsressort der Präsidentin. Die Vorsitzende des hauptamtlichen Vorstandes führt als Präsidentin die VBL. Als eine von drei haupt-amtlichen Vorständ/innen führt sie eines von drei Vorstandsressorts. Die beiden anderen Ressorts um-fassen die Kernfachbereiche der VBL (Vorstand A) und die Kapitalanlage inkl. der IT (Vorstand B). Das Vorstandsressort der Präsidentin umfasst vielfältige Aufgaben. Neben den verwaltungstypischen Querschnitts- sind hier auch regulatorische sowie Stabsaufgaben verortet. Demzufolge bestehen vielfältige Schnittstellen sowohl innerhalb des Ressorts, als auch in die beiden anderen Vorstandsbereiche der VBL. Gegenwärtig bindet das Ressort der Präsidentin ca. ein Viertel der personellen Gesamtkapa-zitäten der VBL und setzt sich aus zehn Abteilungen bzw. Stabsstellen zusammen.
