Externe Wahrnehmung der Beauftragtenfunktionen im Bereich Compliance Gegenstand des Verfahrens ist die Auslagerung der Beauftragtenfunktionen für - Compliance gemäß PCGK Bund - Integrität/Korruptionsprävention gem. Richtlinie der Bundesregierung zur Korruptionsprävention in der Bundesverwaltung - AGG-Beschwerdestelle gem. §13 AGG (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz) sowie sämtlicher operativer Aufgaben. Ziel des Auftrags ist die Implementierung eines Com-pliance-Management-Systems, für den der Auftragnehmer die volle inhaltlicher und operative Verantwortung als Projektleitung trägt.
