Description

Das Universitätsklinikum Regensburg beabsichtigt die Beauftragung von Beratungs- und Unterstützungsleistungen zur strukturellen und operativen Optimierung der Abrechnungs- und Forderungsmanagementprozesse. Gegenstand des Projekts sind die Reorganisation der operativen Abrechnungsprozesse, die Weiterentwicklung der systemseitigen Unterstützung im SAP-/IS-H-Umfeld einschließlich relevanter Subsysteme sowie die Übernahme und Implementierung eines strukturierten Forderungsmanagements. Ziel des Projektes ist die Reduktion von Durchlaufzeiten, die Verbesserung der Prozess- und Bearbeitungssicherheit, die nachhaltige Optimierung der Liquiditätssituation sowie die Standardisierung und Digitalisierung bestehender Abläufe. Grundlage der Leistungen ist eine bereits durch den vorgesehenen Auftragnehmer durchgeführte Tiefenanalyse der bestehenden Prozess- und Systemlandschaft einschließlich der Identifikation konkreter Optimierungspotenziale und Maßnahmenfelder.
