Description

Unterstützungs- und Beratungsleistung in folgenden Bereichen: Unterstützungs- und Beratungsleistungen bankfachliche Module SAP CML Darlehensverwaltung und SAP CMS Sicherheitenverwaltung Im Rahmen des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens sucht die DEG Fachberatung, es soll ein Rahmenvertragspartner ausgewählt werden. Aufgabenstellung bankfachliche Module SAP CML und SAP CMS Um die Aufgaben, die auf der Grundlage der Rahmenvereinbarung künftig abgerufen werden, fachgerecht durchführen zu können, benötigt die DEG mindestens einen Junior Berater (m/w/d) und mindestens einen Senior Berater (m/w/d), die die in der Leistungsbeschreibung aufgeführten Mindestanforderungen an die Qualifikation zwingend erfüllen müssen. Der Auftragnehmer wird insbesondere mit folgenden Projekt- und Betreuungsaufgaben betraut: o Konzeption, Realisierung und Einführung von neuen fachlichen Anforderungen im Rahmen des SAP Standards und angrenzenden Eigenentwicklungen im Umfeld SAP CML und SAP CMS inklusive der benötigten Rollen und Profile, o Betreuung der existierenden Anwendungen; dazu gehört die Unterstützung von IT Mitarbeitenden, Anwendenden der DEG und Unterstützung im First- und Second-Level Support, o Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Dokumentation von Entwicklertests. Nach derzeitiger Einschätzung des Auftraggebers wird der Schwerpunkt der Leistungen in konzeptioneller Beratung und Realisierung sowie Testvorbereitung, -durchführung und -dokumentation liegen. Die einzelnen Tätigkeiten des Auftragnehmers zur Umsetzung der vorgenannten Aufgaben umfassen insbesondere: o Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Fachkonzepten o Vorbereitung der Abnahme von Fachvorgaben o Entwicklung von DV-Konzepten o Einstellung von Workflows o Pflege und Customizing der jeweiligen SAP Module (laufend und einmalig) o Pflege und Fortführung der Berechtigungskonzepte o Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Entwicklertests im Rahmen von Service Packs, Release - Wechseln und Produktivsetzungen o Erstellung von Anwender- und IT Dokumentation o Entwicklung und Customizing der SAP Module
