Bestandteil im Rahmen dieses Verfahrens ist die Herstellung und Lieferung eines Bergungs-ROV Systems, einschl. Einrichtung, Funktionstest und abschließender Abnahme. Für die Bergung von auf dem Meeresboden befestigten ozeanographischen Verankerungen in eisbedeckten Ozeanen soll in unserer Sektion Physikalische Ozeanographie ein „Bergungs-ROV“ (ROV = Remotely Operated Vehicle) angeschafft werden. Dieses ROV soll es uns ermöglichen, die Gefahr des Verlustes von teuren Geräten an diesen Verankerungen zu minimieren.
