Description

Erweiterung und Umbau Roßdorfschule - Vorbereitende Maßnahmen in Form von besonderer Baustelleneinrichtung, sowie Betonbohr und Sägearbeiten - Abbruch eines Vordaches aus STB-Fertigteilen mit Abmessung von 42x6 Meter, Abbruch von Wänden und Geschossdecke im Innenhof. Fachgerechter Rückbau von Asbest/ PCB belastetem Fugenmaterial und Abdichtungsbahnen. - Rohbauarbeiten für die Herstellung von Grundleitungen, Fundamenten und Bodenplatte sowie einer FT-Treppenanlage. Erstellen einer Stahlbaukonstruktion im Innenhof mit Anschluss an den Bestandsbaukörper. - Zimmermannsarbeiten zur Erstellung eines Erweiterungsbaus (Tragkonstruktion sowie CLT Wände) ab Bodenplatte, Aufzugsschacht in CLT, Geschossdecken im Bereich des Innenhofs, Sanierung der gesamten Fassade mit Fassadenbekleidung und Dämmung.
