Description

Leistungsgegenstand ist die Lieferung; fachgerechte Installation und die Inbetriebnahme von 2 Stück Fahrzeugunterbodenkontrollsystemen (Fahrzeugunterbodenscannern) jeweils für den Einsatz in der Fahrzeugschleuse der JVA Halle sowie der JA Raßnitz entsprechend des Anforderungsprofils unter Pkt. XIV. der Leistungsbeschreibung. Die Systeme dienen der lückenlosen, visuellen Kontrolle von Unterböden ein- und ausfahrender Fahrzeuge (Pkw, Lkw, Busse, Sonderfahrzeuge), um das Einbringen von verbotenen Gegenständen (Waffen, Drogen, Mobiltelefone), Sprengstoffen sowie Fluchtversuche von Personen im Unterbodenbereich effektiv zu verhindern. Das System muss extremen Witterungsbedingungen standhalten und für den 24/7-Dauerbetrieb im Hochsicherheitsbereich ausgelegt sein. Als Leistungsbestandteile der Ausschreibung werden insoweit definiert: • Lieferung von insgesamt zwei Fahrzeugunterbodenkontrollsystemen entsprechend dem Anforderungsprofil unter Pkt. XIV. der Leistungsbeschreibung, davon jeweils eins für die JVA Halle sowie die JA Raßnitz, • fachgerechte Installation und Montage in Zusammenarbeit mit den anstaltsspezifischen Sicherheitstechnikunternehmen, Kalibrierung sowie betriebsbereite Übergabe, • umfassende Einweisung des JVA/JA-Bedienpersonals direkt Vor-Ort an der installierten Anlage, • die Übergabe der vollständigen technischen Dokumentation und • ein Wartungs- und Servicevertrag mit einer Laufzeit von vier Jahren einschließlich durchzuführender DGUV-V3-Prüfung.
