Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss mehrerer Rahmenvereinbarungen über Arbeitnehmerüberlassungen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss mehrerer Rahmenvereinbarungen mit einer Laufzeit von 60 Monaten (04.01.2027 bis 31.12.2031). Die Schätzmenge an abzurufenden Leistungen beträgt pro Los und pro Jahr 220 PT (Personentage) mit einer Höchstmenge von 250 PT pro Los und pro Jahr. Aufgrund der über die Rahmenvertragslaufzeit einzuhaltenden Pausen beträgt die Schätzmenge für die gesamte Vertragslaufzeit 990 PT pro Los. Die Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsverträge (Einzelabrufe) enden spätestens nach Ablauf von 18 Monaten nach Einsatzbeginn. Dabei entspricht ein Personenjahr 220 Personentagen und ein Personentag acht Stunden. Es ist dafür zu sorgen, dass die angebotene Person nach Ablauf der 3-monatigen Pause (entspricht ca. 55 PT) für einen erneuten Abruf zur Verfügung steht. Pausenzeiten können in den Preis einkalkuliert werden. Abrufe bei Arbeitnehmerüberlassung können aber auch für weniger als 18 Monate getätigt werden. Bei wegfallendem Bedarf kann der Entleiher den Vertrag mit einer Frist von zwei Wochen zum Monatsende kündigen.
