Der Landkreis Landshut beabsichtigt als Aufgabenträger und zuständige Behörde nach Art. 8 Abs. 1 und 2 BayÖPNVG i. V. m. § 8a PBefG und Art. 2 lit. c) VO (EG) Nr. 1370/2007, einen öffentlichen Dienstleistungsauftrag (öDA) über öffentliche Personenverkehrsdienste mit Kraftfahrzeugen nach § 2 Abs. 1 PBefG für einen Linienverkehr auf der Regionalbuslinie 545 von Velden über Bodenkirchen und Bonbruck nach Vilsbiburg im Gebiet des südlichen Landkreises Landshut für den Zeitraum vom 15.09.2026 bis 14.09.2031 zu vergeben. Die Regionalbuslinie trägt die Bezeichnung 545: mit einer Streckenrelation von Velden über Bodenkirchen und Bonbruck nach Vilsbiburg. Gegenstand des beabsichtigten öffentlichen Dienstleistungsauftrages (öDA) ist die Sicherstellung einer ausreichenden Verkehrsbedienung auf der Linie 545, welche im südlichen Landkreis Landshut verläuft. Hierzu wurde eine Vorabinformation über das geplante Verfahren sowie über die betroffenen Dienste und Gebiete am 08.09.2025 unter der Veröffentlichungsnummer 585693-2025 im EU-Amtsblatt veröffentlicht.
