Umzug von Büromobiliar, Akten und 196 IT-/TK-Arbeitsplätzen vom Standort Holzstraße 36 in den Neubau Lucy-Hillebrand-Straße 2 (2. BA); Transport von insgesamt ca. 4.231 Umzugsgütern mit einem Umzugsvolumen von ca. 1.912 m³; fachgerechte Entsorgung aller entsprechend gekennzeichneten Gegenstände. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist der Standardumzug von Büromobiliar und Akten im Rahmen der Verlagerung der Hochschule Mainz vom Standort Holzstraße 36 in den Neubau Lucy-Hillebrand-Straße 2 (2. BA). Insgesamt sind ca. 4.231 Umzugsgüter mit einem Umzugsvolumen von ca. 1.912 m³ (davon ca. 1.771 m³ Mobiliar und ca. 141 m³ Kartonagen) zu transportieren. Außerdem sind insgesamt 196 IT-/TK-Arbeitsplätze umzuziehen. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt den Abtransport und die fachgerechte Entsorgung sämtlicher im Mengengerüst mit dem Kennzeichen "2 = Entsorgung" versehenen Gegenstände. Die Entsorgung hat entsprechend den einschlägigen abfallrechtlichen Vorschriften zu erfolgen. Sämtliche Entsorgungs-, Transport-, Verwertungs- und Deponiekosten sind mit den Angebotspreisen abgegolten. Auf Verlangen des Auftraggebers sind geeignete Entsorgungsnachweise vorzulegen.
