Description

Die Durchführung und Koordination des Winterdienstes (15.11. bis zum 15.03. des Folgejahrs) am Flughafen Frankfurt obliegt Fraport. Bei Schneefall erfolgt die Räumung der Flugbetriebsflächen unter anderem mit Hilfe von Kehrblasgeräten und mit winterdienstspezifischen Anbauteilen ausgerüsteten Traktoren. Das Räumverfahren sieht vor, dass die Räumfahrzeuge den Schnee zu langen Wällen oder zu Schneehaufen zusammenschieben. Zur Sicherstellung des Flugbetriebs ist es erforderlich, dass diese Schneewälle und -haufen mit Hilfe von Radladern auf LKW verladen und anschließend abtransportiert werden. Der Schneetransport und die Schneeverladung sind Gegenstand der Ausschreibung. Der Auftrag wird unterteilt in folgende Lose: Los 1 - Durchführung von Schneetransport Los 2 - Durchführung von Schneeverladung Im Rahmen des Winterdienstes am Flughafen Frankfurt wird Schnee zu langen Wällen oder zu Schneehaufen zusammengeschoben. Zur Sicherstellung des Flugbetriebs ist es erforderlich, dass diese Schneewälle und -haufen mit Hilfe von Radladern auf LKW verladen und anschließend abtransportiert werden. Die im Preisblatt (Anhang 1) aufgeführten kalkulatorischen Mengen werden für den Angebotsvergleich zugrunde gelegt. Es wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass die angegebenen Mengen dem aktuellen Bedarf entsprechen, nicht verbindlich sind, daraus keinerlei Abnahmeverpflichtung ableitbar ist und die Mengen jederzeit dem jeweiligen Bedarf oder den betrieblichen Erfordernissen angepasst werden können.
