Summary

Machine-generated summary

The framework agreement covers the supply of four ready-to-operate 630 kVA compact transformer substations, dimensioned for a maximum output of 800 kVA, for the DLR site in Cologne. Each station contains a 6/10 kV three-phase oil transformer in hermetic design according to EN 50588, Ecodesign Regulation (EU) Tier 2, loss class AkAAo. The medium-voltage side uses Elastimold plug-in bushings, the low-voltage side shrunk-over DIN bushings. Each station is equipped with remote-control technology reporting operating states to a central control room and accepting remote switching commands, plus a mechanical rear interlock preventing switching of the ring-cable-field load switch while the earth switch in the opposite cell is engaged. Only building-authority-approved materials may be used. Delivery includes accessories, complete technical documentation and factory acceptance testing. Call-offs occur over four years, planned at one station per calendar year, with adjustment of call-off rhythms reserved, including multiple call-offs within one year.
